This Privacy Policy explains how Called It (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Called It app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Privy) collects the email address or third-party login (such as Google) you use, and provisions an embedded wallet. We receive your account identifier and wallet address.
• Trading activity. The calls you make, stakes you set, and orders routed through the Service, along with the resulting on-chain transactions. Blockchain transactions on the Solana network are public by design.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical data such as app interactions, approximate device/browser type, and error logs, used to keep the Service working.
• Local storage. We store preferences and progress on your device (for example your theme choice, tutorial state, streak, and activity record) so the app remembers you between visits.

How we use information

• To operate the Service — route your orders, show your balance, and settle your calls.
• To personalize the experience, such as remembering your interests and progress.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and exchange obligations.
• To diagnose problems and improve the product.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Kalshi — the exchange that lists, matches, and settles the contracts you trade.
• Privy — authentication and embedded-wallet infrastructure.
• Order-routing and settlement providers — to place your orders and process on-chain transactions on the Solana network.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

These third parties handle your data under their own privacy policies. On-chain activity is publicly visible and outside our control once broadcast.

Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser local storage to remember your settings and progress, and may use essential cookies from our infrastructure providers to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Data stored on your device stays until you clear it. On-chain records are permanent and cannot be deleted.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to object to some processing. You can clear locally stored data from your browser settings at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
